
Joseph (“Joe”) Gamberale has more than 30 years of experience in portfolio management, capital markets, and financial advisory services for high-net-worth individuals, public companies, and private enterprises.
Mr. Gamberale began his career in 1993 as a financial advisor with Smith Barney in Midtown Manhattan, where his early success in attracting ultra-high-net-worth clients quickly distinguished him as a rising talent in the industry. In 1996, he was recruited to Merrill Lynch’s Private Client Group, where he served as vice president until 2001. Based on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, he advised prominent clients across a broad spectrum of securities and industries. During this period, he developed deep expertise in roll-up transactions in fragmented industries and portfolio construction for sophisticated investors.
Following his tenure at Merrill Lynch, Mr. Gamberale became a founding partner of Centurion Capital Partners, a New York-based multi-strategy hedge fund. From 2001 to 2011, he actively managed the firm, deploying capital across public and private markets with a focus on value creation and risk-adjusted returns. After a successful decade running the fund, he transitioned to managing his family's capital as a private investor.
In 2014, Mr. Gamberale launched Ivy Equity Investors, LLC, a private family office now based in Palm Beach, Florida. As founder and managing member, he oversees all investment activities, focusing exclusively on deploying family capital—no outside funds are raised. Under his leadership, Ivy Equity invests in both public and private companies across diverse industries, emphasizing businesses with experienced leadership, scalable models, recurring revenue, sustainable profitability, and competitive moats.
Mr. Gamberale has served on the boards of both publicly traded and private companies, including as chairman of compensation committees and as a member of audit and nominating committees, providing governance, oversight, and strategic guidance.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Gamberale is deeply engaged in civic and philanthropic activities. He actively supports numerous charitable organizations.
Mr. Gamberale earned his degree from Rutgers University and has held multiple securities licenses, including the Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination) and Series 65 (Uniform Investment Advisor Law Examination). He currently resides with his family in South Florida.
Philip Beer is an executive with over 30 years of experience in business leadership,
strategy, and entrepreneurship across multiple industries. He has a proven track record of driving growth, executing successful business development initiatives, and delivering results.Mr. Beer has held senior leadership roles at various firms, serving as CEO of Logistics For Luxury and White Glove Designer Services, where he led turnarounds and expansions that significantly increased revenues and profitability. He was the Managing Partner at Centurion Capital, a hedge fund allocator, overseeing operations, contracts, and portfolio strategy. As President of a Long Short technical analysis hedge fund, he built the firm's infrastructure, capital raising, and sustained capital appreciation outperforming benchmarks.
In his early career, Mr. Beer co-founded and led the expansion of CityRealty.com, one of New York's largest residential real estate websites, by securing venture capital funding, licensing content, and growing the team to over 50 employees.
More recently, as Head of Americas for SmartGlyph Technology, Mr. Beer spearheaded strategic initiatives, developed key partnerships, and delivered foundational growth plans for the company's SaaS platform focused on authentication, digital security, and customer engagement solutions.
Mr. Beer’s diverse expertise spans strategy development, business operations, financial management, and partnership building across various domains, including technology, luxury services, hedge funds, and real estate. His consistent ability to identify opportunities, execute strategic plans, and drive sustainable growth makes him a valuable asset in leadership and advisory roles. He resides in Jericho, New York with his wife and family.


Andrew Kamiel is a seasoned financial market professional with a career spanning over three decades, distinguished by a proven ability to navigate changing market environments, identify trends, and generate consistent results through strategic equity trading and portfolio management.
Mr. Kamiel began his career at Ryan, Beck, and Co. in 1992, managing municipal bond portfolios and building lasting relationships with both retail and institutional clients. This early success laid the foundation for a career defined by analytical acumen, client focus, and a disciplined approach to risk and return.
In 1999, Mr. Kamiel joined Schonfeld Securities, LLC, as a proprietary trader. Over a seven-year period, he managed firm capital using a momentum-based, short-term trading strategy that relied on a mix of technical and fundamental analysis.
Mr. Kamiel continued his career at Centurion Investment Partners starting in 2006, where he operated within a team of professional money managers. During this time, he deepened his expertise in collaborative strategy development, timing, and trade execution, skills that became hallmarks of his trading style.
In 2020, Mr. Kamiel joined T3 Trading Group, where he currently serves as an equity trader and portfolio manager. He manages a long/short equity portfolio, combining technical, fundamental, quantitative, and macroeconomic analysis. He uses a range of financial instruments—including options, futures, and ETFs—to hedge risk and enhance returns.
Mr. Kamiel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland, College Park. He is licensed with FINRA and holds Series 7, 24, and 57 registrations.
